The focus is still on New Years resolutions right now, so we thought it would be a good time to give you a practical tool to track your progress; something you can take home and practice in your own life. This tool is a list with 10 items that you can rank yourself 1-10, and then add up your total score out of 100. Despite what the majority of the fitness industry wants you to believe, you don't actually want to hit 100/100. In fact, that can be detrimental. Instead, shoot for between 70-85% and you will see much better, longer lasting results. The 10 items are: Planning, nutrition, recovery, protocol, training, focus, visualization, habits, mental flexibility, excitement.

4:30 - Step 1: Planning
6:50 - Step 2: Nutrition
10:30 - Step 3: Recovery
11:00 - Step 4: Protocol, or your daily corrective work

15:30 - Step 6: Focus
17:30 - Step 7: Visualization
19:30 - Step 8: Habits
21:15 - Step 9: Mental Flexibility
