It is important to make decisions that serve you and your why so you can get the results you desire while enjoying the process.
It's not always a straight forward answer of when to sacrifice and push past the uncomfortable or when it's time to take a step back and take it easy. But if you practice mental flexibility when making your decisions, your plan will become that much easier follow!
