In this episode Ryan Golec is back to talk all about our foot fetish....so obviously we're referring to how we need to be able to transfer power into the ground with our feet...what did you think we were talking about? Whether you have "flat feet", "high arches", "rigid", "floppy", or an "even" foot strike, we can all improve our positioning from standing and walking to more explosive speed and agility by training our feet to "grip" the ground.
